00 · The studio
An advertising, communications, and media production house. Built like a system.
Good Creative Media is my practice for the work most studios split across four vendors. Web and brand design, media production, strategic communication, and the AI and automation underneath it. Its flagship product is The IMC Machine, a media operations platform I built to run all of it from one disciplined spine.
01 · What I do
The services, and the expertise behind them.
Six areas I work in. Most projects pull from several at once, which is the entire point of keeping them under one roof.
Web design and WordPress
Full builds with a point of view. Themes, blocks, content architecture, and the editorial workflows a team will actually use after handoff.
Brand and graphic design
Identity systems, logos, print and digital collateral, and the visual rules that keep a brand consistent across every surface it lives on.
Media production
Video, audio, and live sound. Shooting and editing, recording and mixing, and running the room when the event is happening in real time.
AI and automation
Production pipelines and operations powered by OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, and Google's Gemini. The IMC Machine is where this work lives.
Strategic communication
Integrated marketing and messaging that connects brand, content, channels, and measurement. One voice across the stack, one plan a team can run.
Instructional technology and curriculum
Course design, online and hybrid, for organizations that need to teach at scale. Master Teacher certified through Alamo Colleges District, Quality Matters, and Canvas certified.
The toolkit
02 · The flagship product
The IMC Machine. Built by hand, then turned into software.
The flagship of Good Creative Media is a media operations platform I built entirely myself using OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, and Google's Gemini. It runs live events, the arts, and legal evidence orchestration from one place. It is what happens when years of doing this work by hand get turned, carefully, into a system.
The Creative Studio
AI prompting that generates ad copy, graphics, and MP4 videos.
The Live Event Production Hub
AI directed capture, podcast distribution, auto equalizer, live streaming, and a client media library.
The Evidence Orchestrator
Court ready evidence built from multi camera footage.
The Issue Spotter
The defense side layer that reads the record and spots the issues.
The Case Board
Clients, matters, deadlines, and appointed counsel vouchers in one system of record.
03 · Industries I serve
The same craft, applied where it earns its keep.
Different rooms, one standard. Here is what the studio actually delivers in each, and where you can see it.
01 Arts venues
Arts venues
Websites, ticketing, online menus, and the booking and payment workflows that keep a room running. The night goes smoothly because the systems do.
Built for: The Dakota East Side Ice House, a San Antonio live music venue, restaurant, and bar.
Open the work →02 Theaters and seated venues
Theaters and seated venues
Programming design, audience systems, and AI directed live capture for stages and seated houses. The room becomes a destination, and the operations hold up after the consultant leaves.
Delivered: live event capture, streaming, and media libraries through The Live Event Production Hub.
03 Criminal defense
Criminal defense and indigent defense
Communications systems for solo and small firm defense practices, plus legal evidence orchestration built from multi camera footage. The work has to hold under examination.
Built for: King William Law Center and Forrest Good PLLC, with The Evidence Orchestrator as the spine.
See The Evidence Orchestrator →04 Private investigators
Private investigators
Surveillance video, interview audio, scene photos, and background reports organized into something an attorney can use. The same evidence discipline, on the investigative side.
Delivered: media intake, indexing, and report packaging through The Evidence Orchestrator.
05 Live events and music
Live events and music
Whole concept campaigns for artists and events. Brand, distribution across streaming platforms, channel coordination, recording, and live sound, run as one integrated plan.
From the inside: I am a recording and performing musician myself, so I build for this room as one of its own.
Hear the music →06 Business and nonprofits
Business and nonprofits
Professional service firms and mission driven organizations outgrowing a patchwork setup. A communications system that carries the work for years, not months, plus training so the team can run it.
Delivered: web systems, integrated communications, and curriculum for teams that need to teach at scale.
If your work sits in two of these at once, you are exactly the room I get hired into. More clients and the full service catalog live on the Good Creative Media site.
04 · Next step
Tell me what you are building.
The clearest next step is a 30 minute call. Bring the project you keep putting off, the site that is no longer holding, or the operation you want turned into a system. Monthly subscriptions or one time projects. The default rate is 200 dollars an hour.
Or reach the studio directly at juliegood@goodcreativemedia.com.
Agency portfolio
Good Creative Media is the system behind the work.
The studio exists for projects where the website, the media, the message, and the automation cannot be treated as separate errands.

Open Live WorkGood Creative Media carries strategy, creative production, web systems, and AI automation in one practice because clients rarely experience those as separate problems.
